Counter safeguards

The staff screen stays simple because the checks sit underneath it. Webbership keeps the counter flow short while still protecting location, staff, card state, and reward records.
Location context
The selected counter location is read from the staff gate and written onto stamp activity for reporting.
Visit cap
Promotion settings can cap stamps per visit, and the server enforces that cap before recording the action.
Expiry before stamp
If an inactive card passed its expiry window, Webbership expires it and starts a fresh card before the new stamp is issued.
Completion handled
When a card fills, the old card becomes a pending reward and a new active card starts with the right continuity or overflow progress.
Real updates
After the action, Wallet passes are pushed and the member view receives the new stamp or reward state.
